Returns & Exchanges

We at Rob’s Detector Sales strive to provide the best in Customer Service and Satisfaction. Unfortunately, we have found that it is necessary to put forth some guidelines and policies for present and future customers regarding our return policies, as well as, shipping and handling of items.

 

New Items: 

New items are sold brand new and out of the box from our many distributors.  We will honor all manufacturer warranties within the guidelines set forth by these manufacturers ONLY ON THE PRODUCTS WE SELL.  All items will be inspected prior to receipt of credit.  A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed to any returned item.  If it is found that the product is defective by the owners of Rob’s Detector Sales and/or the manufacturer, a refund of the purchase price or replacement item will be granted to the consumer.  In the event a consumer wishes to return a metal detector, ALL stock items (i.e. detector, manuals, coils, headphones, etc.) must be sent back in the original box and unused, along with any items that are included in the Bundle Package, must be returned in original packaging and unused, all at the consumers expense.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Used Items: 

Used items are sold AS IS and may or may not be subject to any warranties.  Furthermore, NO refund will be permitted on any used items sold by Rob’s Detector Sales.

 

Warranty Issues: 

Most items sold by Rob’s Detector Sales have manufacture warranties included and are handled by the manufacturer.  Please contact Rob’s Detector Sales and advise us of the issue at hand so that we may assist you in any way possible in order to expedite the process!
